Job Description
Responsibilities
1) Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
2) Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
3) Manage performance appraisals, learning, and development programs.
4) Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance.
5) Partner with leadership for workforce planning and organizational development.
Qualifications
1) Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
2) 5+ years of HR management experience.
3) Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
4) Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
5) Experience in an MNC or multicultural environment preferred.
