Responsibilities

1) Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

2) Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.

3) Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.

4) Support development and testing teams during solution delivery.

5) Prepare reports and dashboards for management insights.

Qualifications

1) Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.

2) 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an MNC environment.

3) Strong analytical and documentation skills.

4) Proficiency in SQL, Excel, or data visualization tools.

5) Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology is an advantage.
